Limited One-Year Warranty

We warrant that Millmate Products be free from defects of workmanship or material for a period of one-year from date of purchase.  If properly used for its intended purpose, we will replace or repair, at our option, any part or parts, found to be defective on our examination, within twelve months of purchase.  Product must be returned to us for repair or replacement.  Misuse or abuse of any kind is not covered under this warranty.  Any disassembly of unit voids this warranty.  This warranty shall be our only obligation in respect to the guarantee of this product.


Return Policy

Satisfaction Guaranteed. With our 14-day risk free policy, you can try Millmate tools with confidence.  If after that time, you are not completely satisfied,  notify us within 14 days, from your receipt of order, for a full refund.  Unit must be returned in original condition, in original packaging and must not have any stampings or markings.  Return freight is at customer's expense.  A return authorization number is required.  Please call toll free Monday - Friday,  406.756.3751 between 8:00 am - 5:00 p.m. for RA number.

Information you provide to us by filling out a form to request information or to answer a survey is collected for the purpose of understanding how we can better meet your requirements.  None of the information you provide is sold or distributed to any outside parties.  Your comments give us feedback. We use it for the purpose of answering your questions, to make improvements, or further market our products.    When you "submit" a form, it collects information such as your browser type and the date and time you submitted the form.

"Cookies" are collected when you visit our web-site.  A "cookie" is a small string of text that a web-site sends to a visitor's browser.  When collected, it helps us to keep track of the number of visitors that come to our site.  It is used only to distinguish your browser.  We cannot identify who you are.  The cookie cannot retrieve any other data from your hard drive, pass on computer viruses, or capture your e-mail address. 

When purchasing on-line, we collect only the necessary information to complete your transaction.
